We value your time and commitment to your skincare needs. Please take note of our appointment and cancellation policy:

APPOINTEMENTS:

To schedule an appointment for esthetic services, please contact us in advance. Walk-in appointments may be accommodated based on availability. Upon arrival, please check in with our receptionist and arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full treatment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may incur a cancellation fee.

REFUNDS/DISCOUNTS:

We don't usually offer discounts on treatments as it goes against the law in Australia for medicines and medical equipment. You won't get a discount for follow-up treatments or if more treatment is needed because the first one didn't work well. If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours ahead, you can get a refund for your deposit if you ask for it. We won't give refunds if you're not happy with the results or if there are any problems or complications, because these are risks that come with the treatment. The most important thing for us is the health and safety of our clients. We'll keep following strict rules to control infections. We ask that you:


Don't come to your appointment if you're feeling sick.

Use hand sanitizer when you come to and leave the clinic.
